Not OP here....but that's sweet of you. Hey I was thinking....Petco (stay with me here) orders their salt life from liveaquaria. I have had petco staff offer to order me a brute here and there....without them putting into their organization. So the order comes in, they call me, and I accept it straight from the aircraft box. Petcos fish prices are rock bottom. So why not do it this way if you have a local store willing to do it? I did this and got a candy pistol shrimp for $15 whereas liveaquarias pricing at the time was $30. I don't know if they would order a whole clean up crew or not. They take the chance that yous may not buy it. But it's worth a shot peradventure. I would simply make sure to be very clear that you don't want your order unpacked.
